Turning over a new leaf like... I always find that it is the weeks where my routine is disrupted in some way, where my routine is shaken up or I have to change due to external factors; that see me making the most progress towards my goals. I wonder why that is 🤔 I like to believe that I am a creature of habit, and that my habits form a framework that I can operate within to be my most successful... this may not actually be the case.
