So happy for you! Digestive issues are the worst

thank you! 💗 yes they really are. the first two months were especially awful and now I’m at that point where I can now eat foods that I couldn’t eat before! yayyy! but I’m still sticking to that diet just because it’s what makes my body feel the best :)

How do you keep your digestive order under control?

i changed my diet to mostly gluten & dairy free (with a few “cheat” days here n there when it’s been awhile and my body can tolerate it), low acid meals & I do not eat fast food. I only drink water, oat milk & almond milk. luckily it’s not so bad to where I need medication and my stomach has healed a lot these past few months. I hope to keep it that way

Bit rude to comment on someone's weight dude

Personally I’m not too bothered by it because it is the least of my concerns but I do agree that, generally, it is rude. you just don’t know when you’re going to run into somebody who has an eating disorder, a medical condition, or maybe they have self image issues, etc. ppl should be more sensitive to that stuff

Are you doing workout or something? You look so skinny! :o

hahah yeah I’ve lost a lot of weight in the last year. Initially I lost the weight from a digestive disease but I’ve gotten that under control. now I do yoga and light work outs but nothing too crazy!
