No-nonsense quantum field theory by Jakob Schwichtenberg.

I started reading this book a week and a half ago and I can't recommend it enough! I'm usually not the best at thinking in the way that physicists do and my last physics class was half a decade ago but this book is so gentle and readable and nice. I'm kind of in awe.

It's surprisingly not too bad with requirements either. I'm about a third of the way and thus far its used only calculus (up to partial derivatives) and basic linear algebra.

Honestly it's making feel a lot better. Usually I get bogged down and lose motivation but somehow not this time.
