    We gain/lose a 5-10 lbs just from living (pooping, eating, drinking, hormones, salt intake, bloating, constipation) โ€ฆ stop weighing yourself entirely, forever. Itโ€™s stupid !!! ๐Ÿคช

    Signs of under eating: low energy, poor digestion, heavy cravings, heavy binges, foggy brain, heavy night hunger or heavy morning hunger - or being woken up by your hunger.

    Signs of eating enough: high energy, flowing digestion, clear mind, no cravings, feeling content before bed and when you wake up!

    Signs of over eating: you would feel like youโ€™re gonna up chuck from stuffing your belly so full .. this is rare when eating plant based / Whole Foods!
