Just wondering! How many pages are a typical episode for Webtoons?

    hello :)

I think it depends on a page structure, but I try to view my updates in panel count.   Some pages can have as little as 1 panel (called splash page) or as many as 11 or 13 XD I generally don’t update it by doing a page count but I try to average by doing panel count and finding a good cutting point.

When I calculate for webtoons I like to post 25-35 panels as a bare minimum per update so that the episode is not too short and yet still achievable for me (I am very slow with art because I try to not have too many talking heads at once and am zooming out often and that requires me to draw backgrounds and such XD ) But sometimes they are longer. So generally an episode can be either as short as 3 comic pages or as long as 15 comic pages xD (drunk driving episode 3-parter was my record I think (16 pages which had over 100 panels), close 2nd was an opening to Blood Stain ch4 with which I reached the webtoon upload limit in a single episode XD;) But some episodes will be shorter, some longer, it’s just the way storytelling works. At times you’ll be able to tell a story quickly and effectively sometimes you will have to  take your time with it :) I hope that helps.

The episode (roses) and (lake) were supposed to be one episode (called the lake totaling 10 pages), but I had to cut it in half to be able to finish up and upload on time (lots of backgrounds on these ^^;)  lots of pages below:

I hope that helps, and I hope I didn’t misunderstand the question. This is just my workflow. I don’t know what the standard for webtoon is supposed to be, I am a canvas creator^^
