    Ive had a hard time lately with getting back on track. I was giving myself every excuse for why I couldn’t make the gym or why I had gone over my calories that day.

    I fall easily into the trap of saying…’I’ll start again tomorrow’. It becomes a vicious cycle😅.

    Life is busy. You get thrown curveballs. It’s not easy.

    The first step of change is to become aware of your own BS. That’s exactly what I did last week. Identified the excuses I’ve been telling myself, owned them and moved forward.

    Reality is, YOU are in control of yourself and your destiny. YOU always have a choice. You can either sit complaining and wishing you were achieving you goals - or own those excuses, take back responsibility and take action.
