sorry not sorry about the mosquito bite scab on my butt, but! i’m proud of my butt/ab progress (: if only i knew what exercise to do to cinch my waist/arms in, they don’t seem to be changing much…also if anyone knows, can you tell me how to get that ab v line?? shit is so sexy i want one!!

Hey thank you! I don’t really have a routine, I normally just go until I can’t, but the main ones for butt are hip thrusts, squats, and fire hydrants. Abs are mainly bicycles and leg raises. (: good luck and id love to hear any tips if you have them, too!!
