    Today’s Workout: 3.2 mile training run

    4 x 400 Speed Work: 

  • 1 mile warm up
  • .25 miles (fast)
  • 30 seconds slow
  • Repeat 4x
  • 1 mile cool down
  • I forced my hubby to run with me today. He didn’t wanna do it but he was glad he did after. Sometimes all people need is a little push in the right direction;)

    I ran in the evening and got the most beautiful sunsets. It was freezing, but my view motivated me.

  • Day 22 of30 Day Total Abs Challenge (52 sit-ups, 230 flutter kicks, 2;50min sec plank - I actually did 3:00mins) 
  • 10 minutes foam rolling
  • 10 minutes of The World’s Greatest Stretch
  • 2 sets of today’s Exercise of the Day move here
  • TotalTraining Time: 60 minutes

    I added the pointed butt lifts and firehydrants to my workout today, was already doing the rest. Not sure if it’s the extra reps or they hit different spots, but my booty was burning after! Love it💖
