    Instagram is full of crazy amazing asana. That means that everyone has to do it? No. Headstand is one of them. Inverting your body is amazing but that doesn’t mean that you have to do this pose. I give quite a few classes per week and I practice myself almost everyday and I do the headstand something like 2/3 times per year. There’s a lot of options for body inversion. Ask, search on google or other places. Above all don’t hurt your neck just to do a asana just because.

    Even better than a headstand is a full practice naked. It will blow your mind. Try it and then send me message about it.

    “Know and Respect your limits rather then fight them”

    Normally people goes to yoga books to see asana and then do by the book. You need to respect your body. There’s nothing wrong trying to increase your strength, flexibility, and range of motion, but be aware of injuries that you may causing your body. Most of them just appear a few years later.

    When you trying a asana, follow this steps:

    1-Start in the level you feel comfortable, without blocking your joints.

    2-Stay in the pose and focus on your breathing

    4-If you feel that is easy, then try the next level.

    3-Follow this steps until you reach the most advanced level.

    ⚠️⚠️⚠️ BUT!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

    1-Don’t worry if your not flexible like people on magazines and Instagram

    2–Even in the easiest level, for your body, the benefits are the same.

    3-Hurting yourself is causing damage in your only holy house-Your Body.
