Reblog if you say "fuck" more than 5 times a day.
Excerpt from “Hale Pulls the Plug on the Future of Rock,” Rolling Stone, Issue 1203 – Oct. 2014 “Fans and music industry vets alike are left reeling in the wake of bassist Derek Hale’s sudden departure from Smokes for Harris. At a time when the foursome from Beacon Hills, California seems to be on the cusp of rock superstardom after just one double platinum record, Smokes has everything to lose.”
Excerpt from “Smokes for Harris: Gladiator,” SPIN.com – Feb. 2015 “Smokes for Harris gives in a little to the pop punk of yesteryear in their sophomore effort, but rather than pandering to fans of a lost era they elevate the genre in a way that hasn’t been seen in quite some time. Frontman Stiles Stilinski works double duty as singer and primary songwriter and proves that he can handle the task even without former bassist Derek Hale.“
What a GOOD coincidental birthday eve GIFT. 😭😭😭😍😍😍
I've just finished my 4th re-read of this and the prequel and it's still as amazing as the first time
I will always be that girl who looks to the sky and thinks, “second star to the right and straight on until morning” is the way to Neverland.
I will always be that girl who looks at a huge wooden wardrobe and wonders if it’s concealing the entrance to Narnia. If I find the right wardrobe then I can hang out with Aslan and the Pevensie children.
I will always be that girl who thinks that her letter from Hogwarts got lost in the post. Maybe I’ll have to work extra hard to learn what my witchcraft speciality will be. The one thing I do know, the one power that I have? I am me, and no one else is.
I will always be that girl who thinks that giving someone a library as a gift is the most romantic thing anyone can do.
I will always be that girl who thinks that my stuffed toys hold tea parties when I’m out of the room. I feel sorry them now, in their boxes out of the way. I hope they don’t hate me too much.
I will always be that girl who wishes she could have explored Wonderland with Alice. Oh what fun we could have had, solving the riddles and getting lost together.
I will always be that girl who allows themselves to dream, to imagine, to create world’s in her mind.
That girl is a small creature who never quite believed it when her parents told her that ‘monsters weren’t real.’ She always kept one eye open to check for the tooth fairy and rarely managed fall asleep on Christmas Eve.
She used to look at the world in wonderment, amazed at the possibilities it could offer, always looking for a rabbit hole to slip into, a wardrobe to wander through.
I’m older than that girl now, wiser perhaps. I know that I won’t fit into a rabbit hole, I know that I’ll simply hit the wooden back of the wardrobe. I know that Alice would probably think that I’m just another adult who doesn’t understand. And that’s fine.
These things remain though. That girl was a part of me, she IS a part of me. I’ll never lose her. And no matter how old I get I’ll always wish upon a shooting star and I’ll always allow myself to dream.
Friendly reminder this show was filmed in front of a live studio audience in one take.
And that all sitcom laugh tracks are taken from this show because the laughter was so sincere.
friendly reminder that this show was fuckin awesome
And most of the people who were recorded laughing are dead now. When you hear people laughing in sitcoms today, it’s the recorded laughter of dead people.
Well that escalated quickly
imagine how cool it would be if your legacy was the sound of your laughter. your happiness.
“Whatever you are physically, male or female, strong or weak, ill or healthy - all those things matter less than what your heart contains. If you have the soul of a warrior, you are a warrior. All those other things, they are the glass that contains the lamp, but you are the light inside.”
