Bonnie Ross is an American video game developer, Corporate Vice President at Microsoft Studios and founder of 343 Industries. In 1997, Ross co-founded the Microsoft Women in Gaming community to help women in the industry establish a strong support network. Over the years, she has been a passionate advocate for the promotion of diversity and STEM education for women, children and minorities. At the 22nd Annual D.I.C.E Awards, Ross was inducted into the prestigious Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS) for her notable achievements throughout her career in game development, establishing frameworks for diversity in the industry and expanding the Halo franchise.
