Ever been frustrated at your Sim's lack of will to nourish themselves, even when you've put a plate of food right in their hands? Have you canceled eating or drinking because it was just taking them way too long? Well, I've got a fix for our Sims' lack of focus on nutrition!

With QuickEats, food and drink are your Sim's main concern when they're eating. They will continuously eat until they're finished, and depending on the flavor you choose, they can also interact and become distracted from their food to different degrees so that they can complete dates and other events that require discussion over a meal. No more aimlessly walking around festivals with half-eaten samosas for your Sims!

I saw that the other Faster Eating and Drinking mods on here have become outdated, so I decided to publish this personal use mod I made in August for a demonstration.

    Priorities, Priorities

This mod comes in 3 flavors: Peckish, Hangry and Ravenous.

Peckish: In this flavor, the base_weight of passive consumption was changed from 1 to 400. This allows for some distractions while eating, but obviously food is much higher on the list of priorities. They will continuously eat until they are finished, with brief breaks for animations and more allowance for interactions.

This flavor is the mid-priority of the 3. The base_weight of consumption was changed from 1 to 600, giving Sims more focus on eating than if they're Peckish, and less opportunity for distraction. You can still interact while eating and drinking, but they will stop less often to do other things.

Ravenous: For the hungriest games, this flavor is the highest priority of the 3. The base_weight of consumption was changed from 1 to 800, making Sims put almost all of their focus on food with minimal distractions. However, you can still interact while your Sim continuously eats -- a Sim won't do much autonomously in terms of other interactions, though!

Only download ONE version of this mod.

With the December 2020 patch, CC skintones stopped appearing in the CAS skintone picker. This tool will update them and optionally will add tanned and burned textures to older skintones.

When running this tool, do NOT save the converted package over the original; that may corrupt the package and you could end up with an unusable file! Give it a new name or save it in a different location. Then remove the old package from your Mods folder and replace it with the converted one.

Pick which skintone panel you want the CC skins to appear in and this tool will convert them. It sets up the light/dark slider with standard values.

It makes fairly accurate textures for natural skin colors and makes its best guess at tan and burn colors for fantasy skins. It uses the swatch color to judge how light/dark the skin is and decide which color(s) are dominant for fantasy skins, so an accurate swatch is important.

I've uploaded only a 64-bit version which requires .NET 4 or higher. I can upload a 32-bit version but since this program has to process large uncompressed textures I ran into 'out of memory' problems using 32-bit.

Straight conversion is fast, but if you're adding tan and burn textures and there are more than a few skintones in the package it'll take a seriously long time to compress the files and save after converting. Your system may report the process as not responding but it should complete eventually.

This is really quick and dirty so keep copies of your original skintone packages and please report errors.

    Unzip and run TS4SkinConverter.exe.

    Windows only, sorry.

This is a mod that makes it possible to select who to control in the household.
I was always annoyed that I had no choice but to control all sims in my household, and taking care of so many sims in the household(like, up to 8) was stressing me out.
So I created this mod. With this mod, you can be freed from the pressure of taking care of so many sims. Also, you may play a more realistic 'life simulation game' by playing from a single sim's perspective. (but your sim will still have their family around!)

I love the shelving that came with the Eco Lifestyle pack with the little plants and things on, and I was thinking, these plants are too pretty to stay stuck on these shelves. I wanted to place them elsewhere around my homes.

This set contains 21 different items

So I cloned all the shelves with items on that I liked and spent time separating them.
