honestly I don’t know what I would do without all of the tips to manage anxiety I’ve gotten from tumblr and different applications. self help guides are so so important and everyday I’m learning new tactics I can use to motivate myself, avoid anxiety attacks, help me with my lack of sleep, get me out of depressive states, help me control my emotions and impulses when my moods are too high or too low, etc. it’s a slow process but I’m just so grateful for the people who take time out of their lives to write out these tips and develop these apps to help people like me
