honestly I don’t know what I would do without all of the tips to manage anxiety I’ve gotten from tumblr and different applications. self help guides are so so important and everyday I’m learning new tactics I can use to motivate myself, avoid anxiety attacks, help me with my lack of sleep, get me out of depressive states, help me control my emotions and impulses when my moods are too high or too low, etc. it’s a slow process but I’m just so grateful for the people who take time out of their lives to write out these tips and develop these apps to help people like me

    I cannot stand when people who don’t have chronic anxiety act like they know how it feels on a daily basis/tell me it’s not that bad and that I can handle it. Like no, you have no idea what it’s like to live life feeling this way, the only reason I can handle it is because I have to!!!! You wouldn’t even be able to imagine how many different, seemingly insignificant things affect me negatively on a daily basis. HOW in the world are you going to express to me what it’s like to live with anxiety if you don’t have an anxiety disorder?!?! Stop
